Mms99 Terms and Conditions — Applicable to All Members

• Online betting is not legally prohibited in the country where you reside.

• Each individual may hold only one account — multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or identity document are not permitted.

Mms99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for the security of your mms99 account. Never share your password with anyone. You are liable for any transactions made by someone else using your account.

Keep your account information up to date. Contact our support team to update your name, phone number, or email address. Providing incorrect details may cause issues during verification.

• If you notice any suspicious login activity or unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be automatically marked as dormant.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits on mms99:

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted and will be returned. Please ensure your KYC verification is complete before making a deposit.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your account has been fully verified (KYC). No withdrawals will be approved without verification.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳ 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 50,000 (Higher limits apply for VIP members)
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.

The following general rules apply to all betting on mms99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the full stake will be refunded.
• Mms99 reserves the right to void any bets placed due to incorrect odds or obvious errors.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• Live betting odds may change after an event has started.
• If a match is abandoned or less than half of it is completed, the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mms99 and may result in immediate account termination:

• Fraud & Deception: Registering with a false identity, forged documents, or fabricated information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account.
• Hacking: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.

If such activity is proven, all balances will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Mms99 believes in Responsible Gaming. Betting is entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to protecting our members.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit to automatically stop betting once you've lost a specified amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Check: Receive session alerts at set intervals.

2. Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, escalate the matter to senior management.
3. Step Three: If both parties agree, a neutral mediator may be appointed to help resolve the matter.

In the event of a dispute regarding betting results, mms99's decision shall be considered final, unless a clear technical error is proven.

These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with mms99 are governed by applicable international gaming laws. Any legal disputes will be subject to the courts of mms99's registered jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Mms99 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
